摘要 "高中文理分科"由"应试"导致,并非"影响教育改革发展全局重大问题"。普通高等学校招生评价内容、评价标准的缺失和错位,才是"影响我国教育改革发展全局的重大问题"。建立、完善以高等学校为主体的考生多元素质评价、高等学校多样方式选拔、录取制度是纠正"应试"固疾的必行之路。 "The Separation of the subjects between Arts and Science in high school" and "exam-oriented education" leading to the former don' t fundamentally affect to healthy development of basic education in China. Ordinary College lack pertinent criterion in admission and that the current one is far from demand of personnel selection, as is the important problem affecting to the innovation and development of education in China. So the route we must take to correct the "exam-oriented education" is settling and developing the evaluation system ordinary-college-oriented and the personnel selection system with Multiplicity Method.
