摘要
本文首先介绍了田湾核电站一期工程建设阶段计划分级管理和控制体系的建立,以及根据实际情况对进度管理体系的补充措施;重点对工程建设和调试进展滞后而采取的积极措施进行了总结。最后随着一期工程的全面投产,作者对电站运行阶段的生产计划管理体系进行了全面阐述和分析,为持续提高核电站生产管理水平提供了良好的借鉴。
This thesis introduced the establishment of plan classification management and control system of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station Phase I project during engineering and construction period and complementary measures of the plan management system according to practice, especially described positive measures applied to solve the delay of project engineering and commissioning. Finally, the production plan management after the completion and operation of TNPS Phase I project was expatiated and analyzed, and a good example was given to improve the production plan management level constantly.
