肾结石并发肾盂肿瘤的诊断(附22例报告)

Concomitant occurrence of renal stone and renal pelvic tumor (report of 22 cases)

为提高肾结石并发肾盂肿瘤术前诊断率，回顾性总结１１年来诊治的２２例肾结石并发肾盂肿瘤患者，占同期肾结石手术１１２３例的１．９％，占肾盂肿瘤１０３例的２１．３％。肾盂肿瘤的术前漏诊率达９１．０％。肾结石及其并发症的存在常干扰肾盂肿瘤的临床和影像学表现。术前应高度重视临床资料中各种有提示意义的迹象，逆行插管或穿刺吸取肾盂尿液进行脱落细胞学检查可提高其阳性率。术中应注意仔细探查，遇有可疑肿瘤时应及时取样行病理检查，以便采取正确治疗措施。

Concomitant occurrence of renal stone and renal pelvic tumor was identified in 22 out of 1 123 (1.9%) patients underwent open operation for renal calculi over a period of 11 years. In the same period there were 103 cases of pelvic tumor 22 (21.3%) with concomitant existance of a renal stone.The simultaneous existance of a renal pelvic tumor was neglected preoperatively in 20 (91.0%). Renal stone and their complication made the clinical and the imaging manifestations atypical. To avoid the ignorance of a concomitant renal pelvic tumor was discussed in detail.
