武汉地区泌尿系统常见致病菌及其耐药性研究 被引量:16

Pathogenic bacteria of urinary tract infection in Wuhan district and their resistance to antibiotics

摘要 为了解泌尿系感染的致病菌谱及其耐药性,收集武汉地区13家医院泌尿系感染标本分离的1185株致病菌,按NCCLS标准进行药敏试验。结果表明:主要菌群有大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌、肠球菌属、假单孢菌属、克雷伯菌属、肠杆菌属、变形杆菌。这些致病菌对青霉素G、氨苄西林、哌拉西林、苯唑西林、庆大霉素、环丙沙星具有很高的耐药率,对其它抗菌药也有程度不同的耐药,提示在临床用药中应重视细菌耐药性的问题。 1 185 Strains of pathogenic bacteria of urinary tract infection were collected from 13 hospitals in Wuhan district and were tested against 17 antimicrobial agents. The pathogens consisted mainly of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus, Enterococcus, Pseudomonas, Klebsiella, Enterobacter and Proteus species. Most of them were highly resistant to penicillin, ampicillin, piperacillin, oxacillin, gentamycin, and ciprofloxacin, the resistance rate being 76%~37% and the resistance rate was 22%~1% in the rest of the antibiotics tested. Attention was called to the fact that many pathogenic bacteria were resistant to the antibiotics often used in clinical practice.
