摘要 试验研究了Al5TiB对Mg-16Zn-6Al-0.3Mn铸造镁合金显微组织的影响。结果表明,Mg-16Zn-6Al-0.3Mn铸造镁合金的显微组织主要由α(Mg)相和τ(Mg32(Al,Zn)49)相组成。加入Al5TiB后,Mg-16Zn-6Al-0.3Mn合金的显微组织主要由α(Mg)相和AlMgZn三元相组成。晶粒大小由120μm~130μm减小到30μm~40μm。 In this paper,the effect of A15TiB on microstructure of casting magnesium alloy Mg-16Zn-6Al-0.3Mn has been studied. The results show that the microstrucuture of Mg-16Zn-6Al-0.3Mn casting magnesium alloy mainly contain Mg matrix and r(Mg32 (Al,Zn)49)phase. The main phase of the Mg-16Zn-6Al-0.3Mn with addition of 0.5 wt. % and 1 wt. % Al5TiB are α(Mg) and AlMg2Zn phase.The grain size decreases from 120-130μm to 30-40/μm.
