分析水利工程建设对生态环境的影响,目的是协调两者的关系,促进社会可持续发展。综述了水利工程对生态系统产生的各种影响,如对局部气候和大气的影响,对水文情势和水温的影响,对泥沙的影响,对水质的影响等,指出:水利工程的生态影响问题实质上是人与自然的关系在水利工程上的具体体现,水利工程建设应当正确认识和处理水利工程的各种生态影响,实现水利工程与生态环境协调发展。

The influence of hydraulic engineering construction on ecological environment was analyzed.The aim was to harmonize their relationship and promote the sustainable development of the society.The influences of hydraulic engineering on the ecological system included those on local climate and atmosphere,hydrological regime and water temperature,sediment and water quality,etc.The conclusions are drawn: the influence of hydraulic engineering on ecological environment in fact is the specific exhibition of the relationship between the human and the nature in hydraulic engineering.The hydraulic engineering construction should fully consider their various influences on the ecological system so as to realize the harmony development of the hydraulic engineering and the ecological environment.
