政策:一种社会生产力

Policies:a Kind of Social Productive Forces

不论物质生产力发展,还是精神生产力发展,都离不开政策的调整和规范。政策能起到调整和规范政治、经济和文化等领域的内在关系及其之间的关系,才能更好地促进社会生产力的发展。从这个意义上说,政策就具有了"生产力"的性质。事实上,政策既体现为一种物质生产力,又体现为一种精神生产力。

No matter it is development of material productive forces or development of spiritual productive forces,both have close connection with policies.Without regulation and standardization of policies,material and spiritual productive forces can not develop smoothly.Policies can regulate and standardize the inner relation of politics,economy,culture and other fields and the relationship between each other.In this way,policies are of productive forces and are both material and spiritual productive forces.
