论虚拟团队管理中的信任问题 被引量:3

摘要 从虚拟团队形式产生的复杂性背景来看,有必要从不同的角度来理解信任,因为它不同于传统团队形式中的信任。虚拟团队在整个组织的所有层面上减少了成员面对面交往的机会,提高了团队不同文化间的跨度,这些特性都会影响团队的社会相互影响过程。社会的相互作用有助于团队成员在组织中建立信任,并且对团队的职能和整合也十分重要。由于传统的控制和协调方式已不再适合,所以信任在虚拟环境中的作用越来越突出,它有助于将组织成员团结在一起努力共同工作。
