摘要
介绍了摆式车辆倾摆机构采用液压伺服系统的优缺点及液压伺服系统的优化设计原理和计算方法。在阀控液压缸最佳匹配参数解析计算方法的基础上,得到了按实车设计的摆式车辆液压伺服系统优化设计结果。
Described are the advantages and shortcomings to apply the hydraulic servo system in the tilting mechanism of tilting vehicles as well as the optimization design principles and calculation method of the hydraulic servo system.On the basis of the analytic calculation method for the optimum matching parameters of the valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder,the optimized design result of the hydraulic servo system for tilting vehicles designed on the basis of actual vehicles are obtained.
