塌陷区架空供热管道补偿器经济性可靠性分析

摘要 对多种补偿器在煤矿塌陷区架空供热管道的可靠性进行了探讨,介绍了旋转补偿器的布置形式。对适用于煤矿塌陷区架空供热管道的压力平衡式波纹管补偿器、横向大拉杆波纹管补偿器、铰链型波纹管补偿器、球型补偿器、方形补偿器、旋转补偿器的经济性进行了比较。旋转补偿器的经济性最优,可靠性在6种补偿器中排第2位,旋转补偿器的经济性与可靠性的综合指标最优。 The reliability of various expansion joints used for overhead heat-supply pipeline in subsidence area of coal mine is analyzed. The arrangement mode of rotary expansion joint is introduced. The economic efficiencies of pressure balanced bellows expansion joint, lateral big tie bellows expansion joint, hinged bellows expansion joint, ball expansion joint, square expansion joint and rotary expansion joint suitable for overhead heat-supply pipeline in subsidence area of coal mine are compared. The rotary expansion joint has the best economic efficiency, is ranked second in reliability among six expansion joints, and its comprehensive index in economic efficiency and reliability is the best.
