中西医结合治疗髋部骨折疗效观察

目的:探讨内固定结合中药内服外敷及局部给药在中老年髋部骨折治疗中的临床疗效。方法:58例中老年髋部骨折复位固定,同时采用中药内服外敷及中药局部给药。结果:经过0.5年的临床观察,优42例,良12例,中3例,差1例,优良率93.1%。结论:中西医结合治疗中老年髋部骨折有较好的临床疗效。

Objective： To investigate the effectiveness that is internal fixation combine with traditional chinese medicine orally and external treatment and local treatment of middle and senil patients. Methods ： 58 middle and senile patients with hip frcatures were enrolled in the study. After reduction and internal fixation of the fractured bones, patients received traditional chinese medicine orally and external treatment and local treatment , observing treatment in order to go on retrospeetive analysis. Result ：Through half a year of clinical observation,42 samples are best, 12samples are better,3samples are good, 1 sample is bad, excellent rate is 93.1%. Conclusion I t is a good clinical effectiveness for treat middle and senile men＇s hip fracture by the combination of chinese and western medicine.
