A Study of Classification Methods of Knowledge Industry

随着20世纪末由经合组织(OECD)提出的发展知识经济的概念后,世界经济的竞争本质上已成为技术进步与知识创新及智力投入的竞争,以自然资源、人力和资金投入为特征的传统产业正转向以技术、创意与知识管理为特征的知识产业。知识产业在国民经济中比重的极大提高,要求人们更系统地分析界定知识产业的行业构成。本文论述了知识产业的基本特征,知识产业划分的各种方法,提出了指标分析法划分知识产业的设想及方法,并作了相关的应用分析,指出各种方法相互结合运用可提高知识产业划分的客观性。

The essence of the world economy＇ s competition is technical progress and knowledge creation. The old industry depends on natural materials, labor and investment, the knowledge industry is based on high technology, creative ideas and knowledge management. The paper discusses the feature of the knowledge industry and different industry classification methods, and puts forward a new method of indicator analysis which uses statistical data to divide knowledge industries. The combination of theory analysis with statistics can improve the classification.
