CDM Model and Its Application in Measuring Firm's Innovation Performance in China

摘要 本文在CDM模型框架基础上利用三阶段递推模型对国家统计局2007年创新调查的部分微观数据进行分析。本文研究发现企业规模与企业的创新决策正相关,与企业的创新投入强度负相关;企业是否属于企业集团、企业员工素质与企业创新决策正相关;企业的创新投入对企业创新产出有显著的促进作用,企业创新产出显著促进企业生产率的提高;企业的集成创新对企业生产率的提升有显著促进作用,对企业的知识生产过程有显著的负作用。 This paper introduces the origin, structure and application of CDM model. Using the information of National Innovation Survey 2007, a new analyzing frame for measuring innovation and firm performance in China is developed.
