幽门螺杆菌感染者胃粘膜中IL-1β mRNA的竞争RT-PCR检测

Detection of IL1 β mRNA in gastric mucosa in patients with Helicobacter pylori infection with competitive RTPCR

目的从分子水平检测胃粘膜中细胞因子ＩＬ－１βｍＲＮＡ的含量，以探讨幽门螺杆菌（Ｈｐ）感染对其影响。方法以竞争ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ方法检测１０例Ｈｐ感染者根除治疗前后胃粘膜中ＩＬ－１βｍＲＮＡ的表达量。结果根除治疗后粘膜中ＩＬ－１βｍＲＮＡ的表达量显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。试验证明该方法简便、敏感、结果准确。

The expression of IL1 β mRNA in gastric mucosa in 10 cases of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection were quantified with competitive RTPCR method before and after eradication. The method was simple, sensitivity, and accurate.The results suggest that the expression of IL1β mRNA in gastric mucosa decreased significantly after eradication(P<0.01).The expression of IL1β mRNA may be caused due to Helicobacter pylori infection.
