摘要
对桦褐孔菌抗氧化活性物质的提取工艺进行研究,并对最佳工艺下提取液的抗氧化活性进行分析。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为60%乙醇、80℃、料液比1∶20、提取3h;提取液的DPPH自由基清除率相当于100μg/mLVC清除率的50%;FRAP法(铁离子还原/抗氧化力测定法)抗氧化活性与100μg/mLVC的活性相当。
The technology of extracting the antioxidants from the fruiting body of lnonotus Obliquus was studied and the antioxidant activities of the extracting solution under the optimal technology were analysed.The results show that the optimal parameters of the extracting technology are that the concentration of ethanol is 60 %, the extracting temperature is 80 ℃, the ratio of the sample to extracting solution is 1 : 20 and the extracting time is 3 h. The 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging capacity of the extracting solution is equal to the half of that of 100 μg/mL ascorbic acid, Ferric Reducing Ability of Plasma (FRAP) values of extracting solution is almost the same as that of 100 μg/mL ascorbic acid and all show dose-dependent fashion.
