摘要
运用酶联免疫法(ELISA),建立定量检测动物源性产品中阿维菌素残留的方法。通过对6种不同种类动物源性产品中阿维菌素残留量的检测表明,该方法的最低检测限为1.0μg/kg,最低检测限附近的添加回收率在62.3%~94.3%之间。通过交叉反应试验表明,本方法还可用于测定动物源性产品中埃比菌素和依维菌素的残留量。
This study specifies the methods of determination by ELISA method of Avermectins (AVMS) residues in animal product. Through the detection to AVMS residues in six kinds of animal product,we can see that the lowest detection limit of this method is 1.0 μg/kg. The recovery rate is between 62.3 % and 94.3 % when AVMS spiked in samples to a certain concentration nearby concentration of detection limit.The result of cross reaction experiment show that the method also can be used to detect Ivermectin and Aibimectin residues in animal product.
