摘要
目的使高纯度茄尼醇(90%以上)含量的测定准确及可靠。方法建立了HPLC测定高纯度茄尼醇的不确定度的评定方法。结果通过统计学方法,量化不确定度分量,计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结论仪器环境不变时测量结果受控。
OBJECTIVE To make the measures of the content of solanesol under control. METHODS To establish a method for uncertainty analysis in HPLC determination. RESULTS All the standard uncertainties were then divided according to the appropriate rules to give a combined standard uncertainty and an expanded standard uncertainty. CONCLUSION Measures result is controllable under constant instrument environment.
