摘要
餐饮物资采购是高校物流系统中的重要环节。面对宏观经济形势的变化,市场物价的波动,高校餐饮物资采购中的众多矛盾和问题日益凸显。对区域性联合采购措施的可行性及其运行过程中存在的问题进行研究,并提出完善策略,可以为高校餐饮适应市场规律、建立长效运行机制提供理论借鉴。
Commodity purchase is an important part of high school logistics system. With the changes in macro - economic situation and price fluctuation, some problems and contradictions have stood out. Analysis of the feasibility of the regional joint purchase of high school catering commodities and the countermeasures of the possible problems may pave the way for high school catering adaptation to the market rules and make a theoretical direction for the establishment of a long - term operation system.
