摘要
目的探讨组织扩张过程中感染的影响因素、临床特征及其对治疗效果的影响。方法对764例1134只皮肤软组织扩张器扩张过程中的69例感染按不同项目分组进行回顾性统计分析。结果组织扩张过程中感染的发生与年龄、局部瘢痕、注水壶外置、埋植于头部及四肢等部位、扩张器外露、血肿等因素有密切关系。感染发生率在组织扩张的各种并发症中占第二位,其中20.29％导致扩张失败。结论年龄增大、局部瘢痕、注水壶外置、埋植于面部或四肢、扩张器外露、血肿等是增加感染发生机率的因素,扩张过程中的感染问题应引起重视。
Objective This is to study the influence factors related to infection during (?)ue ex- pansion the clinical features of infection and its effects on clinical results. Methods 69 cases (?) infec- tion during tissue expansion in 1134 cases were reviewed and analyzed in different groups. Results There are direct relationships between the infection rate and factors such as old age, local scar, exterior placement of inject valve, exposure of expander, and haematoma. In this group, infection occupied the second place in complications of tissue expansion, and in 20. 29% of the infection cases the expansion failed. Conclusion The results indicated that old-age, local scar, exterior placement of inject valve, as well as some complications such as exposure of the expander, and haematoma are important factors which enhance infection. These should be seriously dealt with in tissue expansion.
