摘要
为了使汽车行业售后服务更为主动和高效。文章提出了汽车售后主动服务的概念,并通过数据挖掘工具和主动服务的结合,给出基于数据挖掘的汽车4S店主动服务的逻辑模型,4S店根据客户信息来做客户维修保养预测,旨在提高客户满意度和忠诚度,更能充分利用企业资源,做到变"被动"为"主动",且能很大程度上帮助客户避免因临时故障带来的不便。
This paper mainly put forward the conception of active after service,through the combination of data mining tools and active service, this paper gives out the logic model of active after service based on the data mining of automobile 4S shop. It aims at helping customers to get avoid of the temporary inconvenience in a large degree and also increasing customer satisfaction. Thus to make the after service of automobile industry becomes more active and effective.
