我国汽车产业不安全因素的成因及对策

Causes and Countermeasures of Automotive Industry Unsafe factors in China

虽然我国已是汽车生产大国,但不是汽车强国,我国汽车工业还存在许多不安全因素,文章阐述了11种不安全因素的形成机理及对策,指出这些不安全因素的构成,除历史原因外,也有一些政策上因素,建议国家有关部门加大鼓励自主开发力度和汽车科研力度,限制外方兼并和控股,鼓励自主品牌企业做大做强。

Although our country is a big producer in automobile, we are not powerful auto-producing country. Many unsafe factors in auto industry have been existed in China. Eleven formation mechanisms and countermeasures of unsafe factors in auto industry are discussed. It is indicated that the composing of unsafe factors has some historical reasons, and also have policy factors. The writer suggested that independent technical development and scientific research should be encouraged by relevant governmental departments. Restrict foreign enterprises merger and holding share, encourage independent brand enterprises to be bigger and stronger.
