摘要
金融危机具有贸易传染的效应。美国的金融危机使得我国出口贸易受到冲击、对华贸易保护主义出现抬头趋势,我国金融服务贸易的开放趋缓。为摆脱金融危机给我国对外贸易带来的负面影响,我国海关应采取如下措施:最大限度地提供贸易便利;建立海关与商界的合作伙伴关系;整合特殊监管区域的功能和促进加工贸易转型。
The financial crisis has trade contagious effect. The crisis of the USA gave rise to shock to Chinese export trade, trade protectionism to China was presenting a rising tendency and our country＇s financial service trade development trends slowly. For the purpose of getting rid of negative effect by trade protectionism to China, Customs of the PRC should adopt relevant strategies as follow, supporting trade maximum facilitation, building partnership relation between Customs and business circles, integrating the function for special supervision area and accelerating the transition for improvement trade.
