Cascade Fuzzy Control on Superheat Steam Temperature

摘要 针对传统过热蒸汽温度串级控制参数固定不变,不能在线调整的缺点,应用模糊控制技术,设计了锅炉过热蒸汽温度模糊控制系统,并用仿真工具进行了对比仿真研究。仿真结果表明,采用模糊控制可获得比使用传统PID控制更为理想的调节效果,其综合控制品质指标提高,可以消除振荡,减小调节时间,降低了超调幅值。 According to the cascade control situation of superheat steam temperature, their parameters are fixed and cant be adjusted. Fuzzy control has been applied on steam temperature and the temperature filzzy control system has been designed. Studies have been performed between fuzzy control and traditional cascade control by simulation. Results have been shown that fuzzy control can achieve better effect of high performance specification, such no system oscillation, less settling time and overshoot.
