摘要
病例：女，59岁。因腹痛、黄疸进行性加重2周入院。发病前2月出现右上腹疼痛．伴肩背部放射痛．并出现皮肤巩膜黄染．尿色加深。无皮肤搔痒。无寒战、发热、恶心呕吐。10年前曾因消化道不适症状，B超检查发现胆囊结石。经保守治疗后缓解，以后无类似急性发作史。入院查血常规：白细胞7．9×10^9／L，血色素134g／L，血小板299×10^9/L。
