摘要
分别测试了316L、304不锈钢、钎料、钎焊接头的动电位极化曲线。结果表明:在0.5 mol/L的H_2SO_4加入5×10-6 F^-的电解质溶液中,不锈钢母材、钎料和钎焊接头的抗电化学腐蚀能力由大到小的排列顺序为:母材316L>TS-4AgSn钎料>钎焊接头>母材304。SEM观察发现,在钎焊接头的界面处产生了电耦腐蚀现象。
The potentiodynamic polarization curves of 316L,304 stainless steel,solder and brazed joint were tested.The results indicate that the order of electrochemical corrosion resistance in solution of 0.5 mol/L H_2SO_4 and 5 ppm F-was 316L,TS-4AgSn alloy,brazed joint and 304 stainless steel.According to the SEM observation,a galvanic corrosion phenomenon happened in the interface of brazed joint.
