低体重自身免疫病患儿外周血造血干细胞采集中的自体输血

Autologous blood donation for collection of peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell in low body weight children with autoimmune diseases

目的探讨低体重自身免疫病患儿自体外周血造血干细胞移植(APBSC)采集中预存式自体输血的应用。方法1型糖尿病行PBSC治疗低体重患儿2例,APBSC采集前预采自体血100 ml,取代初次干细胞采集时的辐照异体血充盈分离管路,观察APBSC采集效果及患儿血常规指标变化。结果APBSC采集效果满意,未出现采集过程中低血容量、发热及术后继发性贫血等不良反应。结论预存式自体输血在低体重患儿APBSC采集中应用可避免异体输血,且安全有效。

Objective To study the autologous blood donation for collection of autologous peripheral blood stem cell （PBSC） in low body weight pediatric patients with autoimmune diseases. Methods Collection of autologous PBSC was performed in 2 low body weight pediatric patients with type 1 diabetes. Before collection of PBSC, an average of 100 ml of autologous blood was prepared , which was used instead of homologous blood and irradiate red blood cell. Results The collection was successful in 2 cases. No signs of complications due to anemia were encountered and no hypotension or hyperthermia episode was observed neither. Conclusion The autologous blood donation is a safe and effective method to avoid homologous blood transfusion for elective collection of stem cells in low body weight pediatric patients.
