外来劳动力与上海大都市发展关系分析

The Relationship between Migrant Labors and Metropolitan Development in Shanghai

全球化和信息化推动劳动力在更大范围内流动,并趋向于在大都市区聚集。外来劳动力促进了城市经济发展,同时也加剧了都市的社会极化现象。文章以上海为例,分析了改革开放以来外来劳动力与上海大都市发展的关系,认为外来劳动力改善了上海人口年龄结构,提供了多样化的人力资本,促进了上海经济发展和大都市区的社会多元化。同时,上海经济结构转型也将为外来劳动力带来新的机遇和挑战,使传统外来劳动力面临转型。因此,应加强上海外来人口迁移政策研究,协调外来劳动力和上海大都市互动发展。

With the progress in globalization and new information, more and more labors are migrating from rural areas to urban or metropolitan areas in search of work. Migrant labors have provided incentives to urban development, and they have also brought lots of social and economic questions such as urban poverty. The study focuses on the analysis of relationship between the migrant labors and the metropolitan development in Shanghai, and argues that migrant labors can improve population structure, and support a wealth of talent, and contribute greatly to the progress of the urban economic and social development. However, the change of economic structure in Shanghai will bring opportunity and threat for the migrant labors. So we should study on the population policies to make migrant labors harmonize with metropolitan development in Shanghai.
