摘要 1材料与方法 1.1重组质粒的制备pcDNA血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)165(华中科技大学同济医学院杨操博士提供)含VEGF165基因片段,位于BamH I和EcoR I 2个酶切位点之间。将其转入大肠杆菌HB101感受态细胞,挑选抗氨苄西林克隆进行小量快速提取,
