摘要
一氧化氮吸入可选择性降低肺动脉高压,但同时人们也注意到NO及NO2的毒副作用,为此研制了NO吸入装置,并测定了治疗气中NO浓度的稳定性(连续工作三天,NO浓度波动少于4%)和二氧化氮生成量(当NO浓度为100ppm,氧浓度为75%,NO2生成量少于4ppm),并对尾气进行净化,以满足治疗气的需要及环境保护的要求。
Inhalation of nitric oxide may be used to treat acute hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. But inhaled nitric oxide and nitric dioxide might result in adverse and side effects. So we disigned this system, tested the stability of NO and production (when the concentraction of NO was 100ppm, the concentration of oxygen was 75%, the production of NO was less than 4ppm) of NO 2 and exhaled gas was scavenged to meet the requirements of inhaled nitric oxide and protection of environmen( for 3 days continuously the variation of concentration of NO was less than 4%)
