摘要
作者介绍一种心率变异性(HeartRateVariability,简称HRV)分析系统。该系统由心电放大器、A/D转换器、心律失常分析、HRV分析等模块组成,能对被检测对象提供定量的时域和频域分析结果,并能以Lorenz散点图、R-R间期分布图等更直观的图形形式显示分析结果。本系统的研究目的在于结合其它临床检查方法为空军选拔飞行员、飞行人员医学鉴定提供一种客观的、定量的自主神经功能评价方法,同时也为临床提供一种可行的HRV检测手段。
A kind of Heart Rate Variability (for short HRV) analysis system is introduced in this paper, which is consisted of modules of ECG amplifier, A/D converter, arrhythemia analysis, HRV analysis. Quantitative results of time domain and frequency domain analysis can be obtained and represented more intuitively by graphics, such as Lorenz scatter, R R interval histogram, etc. The purpose of the study of this system is to provide some objective and quantitative methods to estimate autonomic nerve function in combination with other clinical tests, when selecting candidates to pilots, airmen. It also provides a practical means of clinical HRV examination.
