摘要
采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)和荧光偏振技术及放射免疫分析法分析了42例正常人血浆非酯化脂肪酸(NEFA)成分、红细胞膜微粘度和空腹血浆胰岛素(Ins),并进一步探讨了它们之间的关系。结果表明:正常人血浆NEFA主要由花生四烯酸(C20∶4n-6)、亚油酸(C18∶2n-6)、油酸(C18∶1n-9)、软脂酸(C16∶0)、十四烷酸(C14∶0)和硬脂酸(C18∶0)等6种脂酸组成。其中油酸含量最高(为39.6%),其次为软脂酸(22.6%)。血浆NEFA总浓度与红细胞膜微粘度呈明显正相关,而与Ins呈明显负相关。提示血浆NEFA受Ins水平调节并可能对红细胞膜流动性具有影响。
The plasma nonesterified fatty acid (NEFA), insulin (Ins) levels, and erythrocyte membrane fluidity were investigated with HPLC analysis and fluorescence polarization technique, as well as radioimmunoassay for 42 normal subjects. We also explored the correlation between plasma NEFA, INS., and erythrocyte membrane fluidity for these subjects. The result showed that plasma NEFAs of normal subjects were consisted mainly of palmitic (C16∶0), stearic (C18∶0), myristic (C14∶0), linoleic (C18∶2), oleic (C18∶1) and arachidonic (C20∶4) acids. Oleic content was the highest in all fatty acids (396%), the next one was palmitic acid (226%), and plasma NEFA levels were edivently positively correlated with the microviscosity values of erythrocyte membrane, and evidently negatively correlated with the plasma Ins levels. These results prompted that plasma NEFA levels were regulated by plasma Ins., and might play a major role in determining erythrocyte membrane fluidity in a human body.
