功能性磁共振成像在缺血半暗带诊断中的应用和进展

摘要 缺血半暗带代表的是缺血后虽已丧失电活动但仍能维持电位和跨膜离子电位的、并且可存活一段时间的部分脑组织。目前,多数学者认为缺血半暗带是位于严重缺血中心周围低灌注的缺血区,该区随缺血时间的长短而处于动态变化过程中,若能及时恢复血供则可转化为正常灌注区,否则将发展为不可逆的梗死。因此,围绕早期明确缺血半暗带的临床与基础研究对于急性缺血性脑卒中的治疗具有重要指导意义。
