摘要
世界银行贷款项目江苏宜兴抽水蓄能电站工程是江苏省"十五"期间建设的重要能源项目之一,也是江苏省第一座大型水电项目。结合工程建设管理实践,介绍了工程概况及主要特点,项目管理机构设置,以及项目建设管理的经验与体会,供同业人员借鉴。
Jiangsu Yixing Pumped Storage Power Station Project, loaned by the World Bank, is one of important energy projects in Jiangsu Province during the Tenth Five-Year Plan Period. In combination with the practice of construction and management of the Project, this paper describes the experience and understandings of the construction and management of this project, which could be used for reference for the persons of the same trade.
