华东宜兴抽水蓄能有限公司坚持工程建设"业主核心"的管理地位,采取"小业主、大监理"的管理模式开展工程建设管理,引进设计监理和咨询机构、规范设计管理并提供科研支持,促进设计优化和设计工作顺利推进。通过规范监理管理工作程序、加强监理考核管理和提供工程质量管理手段,规范施工监理管理工作,在参建各方的共同努力下,实现了工程建设目标。

The East China Yixing Pumped Storage Power Co., Ltd. adopts the Owner as its core in the projeet construction management. The management mode of ＂Small Owner, Great Supervisor＂ was adopted in the project construction management. It imported the design, supervision and consultant agencies, standardized design and management and supplied the support of scientific research in order to promote the smooth implementation of design optimization and design work. Through standardizing the work procedures of supervision management, strengthening the supervision assessment management and providing the management measures of the project quality, the construction goals of the project has been achieved by the concerted efforts of all parties involved in the project.
