摘要
江苏宜兴抽水蓄能电站主要机电设备在设计中采用:转子磁轭分二段单独叠装,转子磁轭与中心体切向组合键设计,推力轴承双层瓦加辅助冷却油系统,定子机座以及上下机架设置径向键可随温度变化径向自由膨胀,尾水锥管分二段可拆卸至机坑外,机组保留有部分下拆功能,转轮叶片设计为T形中间焊缝和进水球阀采用钢管压力水锁定等,设计均具有供货厂家的特点,可供其他抽水蓄能电站机电设备选型和设计时参考。
The design of the main mechanical and electrical equipment for Yixing Pumped Storage Power Station adopted following methods. The rotor's magnet yoke was divided into two sections and assembled separately. The rotor's magnet yoke and central body adopted the design of tangential composite key. The thrust bearing with two liners was added with auxiliary cooling system. The base of stator and the upper and lower mounting racks were set up with radial key that can freely expand radically as the temperature changes. The tailrace taper pipe could be divided into two sections and could be removed out of mounting pit. The generating unit retained part of dismountable function. The blade of runner was designed with T-type middle welding joint. The inlet valve adopted the penstock water lock. Its design all has the characteristics of equipment manufacturer. All these could be used for reference for the type selection and design of mechanical and electrical equipment of other pumped storage stations.
