水朝阳草抗癌化学成分的研究

STUDIES ON THE ANTICANCER CONSTITUENTS OF INULA HELIANTHUS—AQUATICA C. Y. WU EX LING

从水朝阳草Inula helianhus-aguatica C.Y.Wu ex Ling的花部份分离出3种结晶,其中晶Ⅲ确认为抗癌有效成分,经理化常数测定和光谱解析鉴定为Ergolide,井作了立体结构的研究。

The Ergolide was isolated from the flower of Inula helianthus-aguatica C. Y. Wu ex Ling. Its structure was identified as Ergolide by physic-chemical constants,spectral analysis and the comparsion of the these coupling constands with those calculated from computer modeling led to the assingment of the proton sterotopically. Compound was shown to be with extremely pontent cytotoxicity against cultured cancer cell.
