二溴海因对嗜肺军团菌杀灭效果及其影响因素的实验研究

STUDY ON EFFICACY OF DIBROMOHYDANTOIN IN KILLING Legionella pneumophila AND ITS INFLUENTIAL FACTORS

目的研究二溴海因对嗜肺军团菌杀灭效果及其影响因素。方法采用悬液定量杀灭试验方法进行实验室观察。结果用含有效溴200mg／L的二溴海因消毒液作用10min和含有效溴400mg/L的二溴海因消毒液作用2．5min，对悬液内嗜肺军团菌均可达到完全杀灭。消毒液的温度为10％时对二溴海因杀灭嗜肺军团菌的效果有轻度影响；菌悬液内含体积分数50％小牛血清对二溴海因杀灭嗜肺军团杆菌的效果基本无影响；消毒液的pH值在9．0—5．0范围内，基本不影响二溴海因的杀菌效果。结论二溴海因对悬液内嗜肺军团菌有很好杀灭效果，受有机物影响较小，pH值允许范围较宽。

Objective To study the efficacy of dibromohydantoin in killing Legionella pneumophila and its influential factors. Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test method was used to carry out laboratory observation. Results Legionella pneumophila in suspension exposed to dibromohydantoin disinfection solution containing available bromine 200 mg/L and 400 mg/L for 10 min and 2.5 min respectively was killed entirely. The germicidal efficacy of dibromohydantoin disinfection solution containing available bromine 200 mg/L was influenced slightly when the disinfection solution temperature was 10℃. 50% （v/v） calf serum in the bacterial suspension had no obvious influence on the germicidal efficacy of dibromohydantoin, so did pH value （9.0, 7.0, 5.0） of the disinfection solution. Conclusions Dibromohydantoin has good efficacy in killing Legionella pneumophila in suspension. Organic substance scarcely influences its efficacy and the permissible pH range is wide.
