长链复合季铵盐消毒液性能的试验观察

GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF A DISINFECTION SOLUTION OF COMPOUND LONG-CHAIN QUATERNARY AMMONIUM SALT

目的了解长链复合季铵盐消毒液杀菌效果和毒性等消毒相关性能。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验过滤冲洗法进行鉴定和动物实验方法进行了实验观察。结果用含1233 mg/L长链季铵盐活性物总量的该消毒液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用5 m in,可达到完全杀灭。用相同浓度的消毒液擦拭物体表面和浸泡衣物5m in,对自然菌平均杀灭对数值均大于1.0。该消毒液急性经口毒性试验LD50值>5000 mg/kg体重,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞试验结果阴性;有效浓度的该消毒液对完整皮肤无刺激。结论该长链复合季铵盐消毒液对细菌繁殖体杀灭效果较好,属于无毒级物质。

Objective To investigate the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of a disinfection solution of compound long - chain quaternary ammonium salt. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and filtration - rinse method were used to detect its germicidal efficacy. Its toxicity was identified using animal experiment. Results Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in the suspension exposed to the disinfection solution containing 1233 mg/L long - chain quaternary ammonium salt for 5 minutes were killed completely. The natural bacteria on the surface of objects and clothes wiped with the disinfection solution at the same concentration for 5 minutes were killed by an average logarithm value 〉 1.0. LD50 of the oral acute toxicity of the disinfectant in mice was 〉 5000 mg/kg. The result of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. It had no irritative effect on intact skin in irritation test. Conclusions The efficacy of the disinfectant in killing vegetative forms of bacteria is satisfactory. It is not toxic.
