摘要
目的了解老年病区肺炎克雷伯菌分离株消毒剂-磺胺耐药基因存在情况和耐药性。方法应用聚合酶链反应法和纸片法对肺炎克雷伯菌消毒剂-磺胺耐药基因和药敏进行了检测。结果该医院老年病区病人标本中分离的80株肺炎克雷伯菌检测出携带消毒剂-磺胺耐药基因63株,检出率为78.8%。分离的80株肺炎克雷伯菌对头孢类、替卡西林和环丙沙星类抗生素耐药率为100%;只对亚胺培南和美罗培南敏感率100%。结论该医院老年病区分离的肺炎克雷伯菌临床株消毒剂-磺胺耐药基因检出率较高,多数对临床常用抗生素耐药,提示临床耐药菌株可能同时对消毒剂存在抗性。
Objective To understand the presence of disinfectant - sulfadiazine resistance gene and drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from geriatric ward. Methods Polymerase chain reaction and paper disc method were used to detect and analyze the disinfectant - sulfadiazine drug resistance gene and drug resistance ofKlebsieUa pneumoniae. Results Of the 80 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from patient specimens from the geriatric ward of the hospital, 63 were found to carry disinfectantsulfadiazine drug resistance gene, with a detection rate of 78.8%. Of the 80 isolated strains of KlebsieUa pneumonia 100% were resistant to cephalosporins, tiearcillin and ciprofloxacin; 100% were only sensitive to imipenem and meropenem. Conclusions The rate of carting disinfectant - sulfadiazine resistance gene in Klebsiella pneumoniae clinical strains isolated from the geriatric ward of the hospital was relatively high. The majority of the isolates were resistant to commonly used antibiotics, suggesting that clinical drug - resistant strains may be at the same time resistant to disinfectants.
