摘要
级联式DC/DC变换器的稳定性是分布式供电系统设计中的重要问题。本文通过仿真和实验研究了单个DC/DC变换器的闭环输出阻抗的特性,提出源变换器输出阻抗的优化设计准则;在分析容性负载对变换器性能影响的基础上得出母线滤波电容的设计原则;并对实际的级联式DC/DC系统进行改进,采用注入电压源扰动法测试阻抗比,分析了系统的稳定性。实验结果表明,阻抗比的优化设计可以保证级联系统的稳定性。
Stability of the cascade DC/DC converter is a significant issue in distributed power supply (DPS) system design. For a single DC/DC converter, the characteristics of closed-loop output impedance are analyzed by simulations and experiments. The optimal criterion show that output impedance should be designed under the condition of manimum input voltage and no-load. The influence of capacitors on the source converter is simulated and analyzed. Several propositional rules are concluded for DC bus filter design. Furthermore, optimization principles are applied to improve the performance of a cascade DC/DC converter, and a voltage disturbance source is injected to obtain the impedance ratio for stability estimation. Experimental results show that impedance ratio optimization is a necessary stable condition for cascade system.
