洗手是预防医院感染最简单、最有效、最经济的方法。目前护理人员洗手依从性低,洗手合格率低,洗手后再污染现象普遍,临床使用多种洗手剂,效果不一。管理者应加强对护理人员正确洗手的培训,提供较好的无水洗手剂,改善洗手设施,从多种渠道提高护理人员洗手依从性。

Washing hands is the simplest,the most effective,and the most economical method to prevent hospital infection. At present, the compliance of hands- washing of nursing staff is low,and the qualification rate is also low. Recontamination after hands - washing is common. Various hand lotions are used in clinic, but the washing effect is different. Administrators should strengthen training on hands - washing of nursing staff in correct way,provide better waterless lotion,improve the facilities of hands- washing,and enhance hands - washing compliance of nursing staff in multi - channels.
