摘要
在绵羊妊娠后期通过宫内手术经胎羊腹主动脉少量多次注射微球悬液,微球经脐动脉进入胎盘循环,阻塞胎盘的小血管,从而建立胎儿窘迫的动物模型,并通过胎羊动脉血气分析及酸碱度检测和胎羊组织的病理学观察,对该模型进行评价。结果表明胎儿血气和酸碱度的变化符合胎儿窘迫的临床表现,母体因素对模型的建立没有影响。
To establish animal model of fetal distress in ewe, the intrauterine operations were performed on the nearterm gestation sheep, and 0.5 ml microsphere (50 μm in diameter) suspension at 1% concentration was injected into the fetal abdominal aorta by intravascular catheterization once at 15 minutes interval. The variations in the blood gas and blood acidbase status induced by microsphere injection in the model fetus were monitored. The results showed that the variations were similar to clinical signs of fetal distress in human, on the other hand, the matemal blood pH, Pco 2 and Po 2 were maintained relatively steady.
