摘要
医疗短信服务为解决医患沟通、提供个性化服务提供了一个新的途径,创建了具有人性化服务特征的医疗服务链,从而在医疗服务中切实履行起“以病人为中心”的服务宗旨,取得了良好的社会效益。医院办公短信群发的实现也改变了以往人工电话通知的工作模式,提高了工作效率。
Short message service as a new way for improving hospital patient communication and personalized service was practiced.Short message service could create humanized medical service chain and perform patient centered service.It got good social benefit. Implementation of short message in hospital transacts changed the former artificial telephone notifies of work mode,and raised the work efficiency.
