抗菌微生物及拮抗性代谢产物的种类和应用 被引量：5

摘要 人类一直努力寻找有效的抗菌药物，自从上世纪30年代弗莱明发现青霉素以后，利用微生物防治病原微生物感染一直倍受关注。具有抗菌作用的微生物相关物质很多，包括某些微生物自身和一些微生物的拮抗性代谢产物。其来源和抗菌谱及抗菌效力各不相同，导致某些微生物物质在临床治疗上受到限制，目前，真正广泛使用于临床的抗菌微生物制剂主要是天然抗生素。但是，随着日益严峻的抗生素耐药性，人类急需发展其它抗感染药物，由于生物制剂对环境和人体的“环保”性能明显优于化学杀菌剂，
