鱼类寄生粘孢子虫两新种(粘孢子目:粘体科,碘泡科)

TWO NEW SPECIES OF MYXOSPORIDIA FROM THE FISHES (MYXOSPORIDIA:MYXOSOMATIDAE:MYXOBOLIDAE)

本文报道寄生鱼类体表的粘孢子虫两新种：寄生在胡子鲇Ｃｌａｒｉａｓｆｕｓｃｕｓ（Ｌａｃéｐèｄｅ）的珠江粘体虫Ｍｙｘｏｓｏｍａｚｈｕｊｉａｎｇｅｎｓｉｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．和寄生在麦瑞加拉鲮Ｃｉｒｒｈｉｎａｍｒｉｇａｌａ（Ｈａｍｉｌｔｏｎ）的广州碘泡虫Ｍｙｘｏｂｏｌｕｓｇｕａｎｇｚｈｏｕｅｎｓｉｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．。

The present paper deals with two species of Myxosporea from the surface of fishes. Type species are deposited in the Laboratory of Fish Diseases, Pearl River Fisheries Research Institute. 1 Myxosoma zhujiangensis sp. nov.\ (Fig.1) Host. Clarias fuscus (Lacépède). Location. Body surface and fins. Locality. Pearl River Fisheries Research Institute, Guangzhou City (23°8′N,113°17′E). Date April 26,1988. Cyst. The cyst nearly round, greyish white or yellowish in coulour,300 1 000 μm in diameter. Spore. Ellipsoidal in thecal view and spindle shaped in sutural view, sutural ridge straight and distinct, shell valves smooth and without V shaped folds. Two pear shaped polar capsules arranged in anterior end,6 7 coiled polar filaments. Without iodnophilous vacuole in sporoplasm. Dimensions of preserved (in 4% formalin) spores. Length 12 17(11 68 12 64) μm,width 8 02(7 20 8 56)μm, thickness 5 58(5 20 5 48)μm, polar capsules 4 70(4 24 5 04)μm by 2 35(2 24 2 56)μm. This species resembls Myxosoma dujardini Thelohan, 1885, Myxosoma ophiocephali Chen et Hsich 1960 and Myxosoma acrassochiluci Ma et Zhao 1992, but differs from them in the shape of spore, and the width of spore and polar capsules. 2 Myxobolus guangzhouensis sp. nov.\ (Fig.2) Host. Cirrhina mrigala (Hamilton). Location. Scale follicle. Locality. Pearl River Fisheries Research Institute. Guangzhou (23°8′N,113°17′E). Date December 23,1988. Cyst white, thin shape 1190 1 400μm×1 417 3 020 μm in size. Spore. Inverted oval or spherical in thecal view, swell in anterior end. sutural ridge straight and distinct. Two equal sized polar capsules. pear shaped or oval at anterior end of spore. and 4 5 coiled polar filaments. Sporeplasm with a distinct iodinophilous vacuole and two nuclei. Dimensions of preserved (in 4% formalin) spores. Length 9 18 (8 80 9 68) μm, width 8 34(7 76 8 40)μm,thickness 5 38(5 20 5 68) μm, length of polar capsules 2 84(2 48 3 36) μm,width 2 04(1 60 2 04) μm This species resembls Myxobolus vastus Kudo, 1934, but differs from it in Myxobolus hubeiensis Wu et Chen 1987 shape of cyst, the size of spore and polar capsules.
