IEC61850-6部分规定了变电站配置描述语言SCL(Substation Configuration Language),用于对变电站系统结构、通信系统结构及IED功能配置进行统一的描述。简要介绍了SCL语言及其文件结构,依据配置工具的功能特点,采用MVC的设计模式设计系统架构,详细介绍了SCL解析器、数据模型的构建、配置模板库及各个配置界面的实现方法。

Part 6 of IEC61850 defines a specified language which is called Substation Configuration description Language （SCL） for describing substation primary system structure, communication system configuration and IED function configuration. This paper simply explains SCL and the SCL file structure, based on the function of the configuration tool, using MVC design pattern ,designs the system architecture, then introduces SCL parser, the constitution of the data model, the implementation of the configuration template and the user interface detailedly.
