布管法双向自增强管材连续扩胀装置的实验研究

摘要 采用布管法连续扩胀装置加工了聚氯乙烯(PVC)环向扩胀管和双向自增强管。实验结果表明,直径从40mm扩胀到50mm的环向扩胀管的环向拉伸强度提高了23%~25%,环向弹性模量提高了12%。双向自增强PVC管的环向拉伸强度提高了26%~33%,弹性模量提高了30%~33%。通过对不同轴向拉伸比的双向自增强管的拉伸强度比较发现,随着轴向拉伸比的增加,环向拉伸强度逐渐提高。 Hoop expanded PVC pipes and biaxial self-reinforcement PVC pipes were produced with a continuous expansion equipment with a cloth bag. When the diameter of the pipe was expanded from Ф40 mm to Ф50 mm ,the hoop tensile strength increased 23 % -25 %, the hoop Young's modulus increased 12 %. Through biaxial self-reinforcement, the hoop tensile strength of the pipe increased 26%-33%, hoop Young's modulus increased 30%-33 %. For the biaxial self-reinforcement pipe, the hoop tensile strength increased with increasing axial stretching ratio.
