心房颤动患者血浆内皮素-1、P-选择素水平观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的检测心房颤动患者血浆内皮素-1、P-选择素水平，并分析其相关性。方法选择心房颤动患者69例（心房颤动组）及健康体检者53例（对照组），采用放射免疫法及酶联免疫双抗体夹心法检测内皮素-1和P-选择素水平，并进行统计分析。结果心房颤动组内皮素-1及P-选择素水平明显高于对照组，分别为（109．4±37．2）μg/L。比（63．7±21．4）μg/L，（17．6±2．9）μg/L，L比（9．8±1．2）μg/L，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论心房颤动患者血浆内皮素-1和P-选择素水平较健康人群明显增高，提示心房颤动患者血管内皮细胞功能受损，血小板活性增高，容易发生血栓形成。
