抗凝药物研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 传统的抗凝药物包括普通肝素（UFH）、那屈肝素钙、华法林等，这些抗凝药物的作用是多向性的，即作用于多个凝血因子，均有一定的不良反应。新的抗凝药物靶向单个凝血因子并具有可预测的量效关系，这些药物包括凝血酶直接抑制剂和活化的凝血因子X（FXa）抑制剂。
