做好科技情报工作的精髓是简单化

本文以国防科技情报工作为对象,论述了科技情报与科技情报工作本来简单这一属性。认为要提高情报工作的效能乃至对其重要性的认可程度,必须纠正认识和实际工作中存在的复杂化倾向,使情报工作经历一次"简单化",以使情报工作正确作为、提高效能。为此从明晰情报和情报工作内涵的角度,提出对情报的管理理念和工作意识的删繁就简以及情报工作者应当具备简化问题的本领的3个方面,推动科技情报工作向简单化发展。结论是,立足于坚持情报工作的本质,为提高效能并实现自身科学发展,应当将"简单化"作为国防科技情报工作的精髓来看待。

Regarding defense STI service as the object, this article discusses the original simple attribute of STI and STI service, and thinks that for the purpose of improving the efficiency of STI service or even increasing the recognition of its importance, we must rectify our complicated tendency in cognitive domain and practical work so as to simplify STI service and make it function properly. For this purpose, proceeding from the angle of defining the connotation of information and information service, the article proposes that we should push STI service to simplification from the management idea of information, the simplification of service consciousness and the simplification capability of information workers. The conclusion is, based on the adherence to the essence of STI service, we should regard ＂simplification＂ as the essence of defense STI service so as to improve its efficiency and realize its scientific development.
